These Terms govern your use of the RateTrail mobile app (the "App"), provided by Solintsoft Technologies ("Solintsoft", "we"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal use, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the App Store or Google Play.
One-time purchase (remove ads)
- The App is free and ad-supported. You may optionally remove ads with a single, one-time purchase (a non-consumable in-app product). This is not a subscription and does not renew.
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation. You can restore the purchase on another device using the "Restore" option.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Exchange-rate disclaimer
Exchange rates shown in the App are indicative, may be delayed or inaccurate, and are provided "as is" for general information only. They are not financial advice. Do not rely on them for transactions, trading or any decision where accuracy matters — verify with your bank or a professional source.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, modify or create derivative works of the App, or remove proprietary notices, except where permitted by law.
Intellectual property
The App and all related intellectual property are and remain the exclusive property of Solintsoft.
Third-party services
The App uses third-party services (advertising, in-app purchases, diagnostics) and the app stores. We are not responsible for third-party services; your use of them is subject to their terms.
No warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the rate information will be accurate or current.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solintsoft will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the App or the rate information. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App, if any.
Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate them by deleting the App. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ecuador, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
