This Privacy Policy explains how Solintsoft Technologies ("Solintsoft", "we", "us") handles information in connection with the RateTrail mobile app (the "App"), a currency converter. By using the App you agree to this policy.
No account — your data stays on your device
RateTrail does not require you to create an account or sign in. We do not ask for your name, email or phone number. Your conversions, favorites, history and settings are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
Information processed by third-party services
The App has no backend of our own, but it relies on a few third-party SDKs that may process limited data:
Advertising — Google AdMob
- Device advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android) and ad-interaction data (impressions, clicks) are processed to serve and measure ads.
- In the EEA/UK, ads follow your choice in the Google consent (UMP) prompt; on iOS, they follow your App Tracking Transparency (ATT) choice.
- This data may be shared with Google's advertising partners.
Purchases — RevenueCat
- To process the optional one-time "remove ads" purchase and let you restore it, RevenueCat assigns a random, anonymous app user ID and processes purchase/receipt data from the App Store or Google Play.
- This identifier is not linked to your real-world identity.
Diagnostics & messaging — Firebase
- Crashlytics collects crash reports and basic device/diagnostic data so we can fix problems.
- If you enable notifications, Firebase Cloud Messaging processes a device push token.
- App Check provides anti-abuse device attestation.

We do not sell your personal data. Because there are no accounts, there is no profile for us to access on your behalf.
Your choices
- Reset or limit ad personalization through your device's advertising settings, or via the ATT / consent prompt.
- Remove ads entirely with the one-time purchase.
- Uninstalling the App deletes the data stored locally on your device.
Data retention
Local data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Data processed by third parties is retained according to their own policies.
Data deletion
Because RateTrail uses no accounts, most of your data lives only on your device and you can delete it at any time:
- Uninstalling the App erases all locally stored data (conversions, favorites, history and settings).
- You can reset or delete your advertising identifier in your device settings (Android: Settings › Privacy › Ads; iOS: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking).
- To request deletion of the data tied to your purchase (handled by RevenueCat) or of diagnostic reports, email us at contact@solintsoft.com and we will action it.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
